Cleveland Volleyball Company has National, American, and Regional teams. Each division has a minimum of one National level team; however, some may have up to THREE!

Leslie is a passionate and experienced volleyball coach who brings 5 years of coaching experience and a lifelong love for the game to CVC. A former collegiate athlete at Tiffin University, Leslie has coached at various competitive levels, including varsity high school, club, and youth volleyball, and currently serves as the freshman coach at Amherst Steele High School. She is known for her ability to build strong team chemistry, develop individual skills, and foster a positive and disciplined environment. Leslie’s coaching also emphasizes mental toughness, effective communication, and game strategy, ensuring her athletes are prepared both on and off the court. Her coaching philosophy centers around hard work, accountability, and creating a love for the game in every athlete she mentors.
