*About Me:

I love to travel. This year, I went to Bali, Indonesia. My next big trip goal is Zanzibar and Tanzania.

*Favorite Volleyball Memory:

Beating Midview to advance in playoffs in high school.  Midview was our rival at the time!

*Coaching Experience:

High School- 17 seasons at St. Ignatius as the JV head coach and varsity assistant. The varsity has two state championships, state runner-up, state semifinals and participated in the final 8 round every season during my 17 season career. 

Girls-  Coaching girls, was the Head Varsity Coach at North Ridgeville from ’05-07, JV Coach at Hawken Upper School from ’00-01.

Club- From 2008: have coached boys almost every year at various clubs for teams 12-15U (Southwest, AVC, Phoenix).  In 2023, the 14U at the Elite level took 2nd at Nationals.  Coached girls teams from 1999 to 2009 for various regional clubs for ages 14-17U.

*Fun Fact:

I got to coach both my son and daughter on a 10 year old girls team.  We ran a 6-2 and everyone learned to serve overhand by the end of the season. My daughter was 7 at that time and got her first serve in at regionals, the whole team tackled her in celebration!

2 years in HS and College club volleyball. 6x national qualifier in Track at Ashland. Run beach leagues and tournaments 20 years. 

*Coaching Experience:

Coached volleyball for 21 years at multiple clubs and high schools. Most recently, I am in my 5th season as the head coach at Firelands. I also coach track, flag football and baseball.

I have 5 kids and they ALL are multi-sport athletes!
